Palmetto State has some of the best black Friday deals. This is an 11.5 Upper and seems to be an in-house clone of a URGI. One range day in and this thing shoots very well. One small detail I do like is they staked the gas block screws. Some might hate this but for me, I like knowing they won't go anywhere. I look forward to shooting this upper a lot more to see how it holds up. This was not sent to us just a good deal and wanted to try it out.

How to train with intention. It's hard enough figuring out what to train when going to the range most people do not think about how they train. These are the general outlines of what I do and have found works well to build most skills.
