What is the return policy?Return & Refund Policy Thanks for shopping at Executive. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Depending on the item a restocking fee maybe charged. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact Us If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, Info@executive-firearms.com

Can I book a private outdoor range session?Yes, ETG offers both indoor, outdoor, and training facility sessions. You may book these sessions online. Once the instructor accepts the booking, the client will receive location information based on the session booked. For example, ETG's outdoor range sessions have a single location, indoor training sessions are conducted at our Woodstock training facility or choice of approved indoor ranges.
-
Can I cancel my membership?Yes. All ETG memberships are month to month. Upon sign up, you will be prompted to become a member of the ETG website. This allows you to login to our website or access our mobile application (aka Spaces) and manage your subscriptions. We do not believe in the contract model that is heavily experienced in todays environment.
-

What if I need to reschedule after registering for a course? Not a problem. Our team is happy to reschedule you into our next class with at least a 48 hour notice.
-
Do I have to have my own firearm to complete the courses?Yes, similar to how every manual car drives a little differently, every firearm shoots a little differently, and we want you to train with the firearm that you will use moving forward. If you would like recommendations on firearms to purchase, we would be happy to talk through your goals and point you in the right direction. You can reach out to us HERE.
-
Do I have to complete the courses chronologically? No, but we built the structure intentionally and recommend starting at the beginning, even if you have some experience shooting. Once you register for a course, our team will reach out to schedule the best time and ensure you are in the best course for your goals.
-
Do I need to bring my own ammunition?Yes. We do have ammunition available for purchase at our courses, but we recommend purchasing your own in bulk in order to get the best price.
-
How large are the groups I will train in?Course sizes can vary, but range from 5-10. We will always have at least 2 instructors present for every course.
-
What do I get at the end of a course to show my certification? If you complete all the courses on one topic (i.e. all 5 handgun courses, or all 4 rifle courses), you will receive an Executive Firearms course patch, certificate, and t-shirt (some of which can be seen HERE).
-
Do you Offer Firearm Safety?Absolutely! If you are brand new to firearms or have been shooting for years, the ETG team vets all students and ensures they learn or already poses the principles of firearm safety. Students new to firearms must complete a firearm safety brief at our indoor facility. The brief is conducted with training pistols and no live ammunition.
